I have been practising and teaching Pilates for most of my life and am passionate about passing this knowledge on.
The Pilates Space is open to everyone, no matter your level of fitness, strength, flexibility or age.
This is not just ‘exercise’. Myself and my teachers take the time to get to know you and your body, to find out what you want out of your time with us.
We tailor our classes to suit each and every person and will work our hardest to provide you with a class that will bring you the greatest benefit.

What we offer…..

At The Pilates Space we offer a full timetable of small group classes, both in person and online, as well as 1:1 tuition.
 
Our dedicated 1:1 room has a Pilates Reformer and a Wunda Chair - specialised pieces of Pilates apparatus on which you can execute a wide range of spring based resistance exercises, improving mobility, stability and flexibility in your entire body.

All of our teachers have been professionally and thoroughly trained and have a great passion for Pilates.
