In our specialist Antenatal class, the teacher can focus specifically on exercises that will benefit your body at this important time. The teacher for this class is fully qualified in this area and has undergone dedicated training. The class focuses on pregnancy friendly exercises to keep your pelvic floor and abdominal cage strong and supple so that you are best prepared for birth and a quick recovery afterwards. It also offers relaxation and a chance to meet other mums to be. We find that ladies in this class often make friends that last long after the class has finished!

The class is an hour long, and you do not have to have done any Pilates before to attend. The class is kept small at no more than 6 people per class. You do need to be in second trimester (14 weeks), and to have had your first scan. The class is £72 for a block of 6 classes (£12 per class) to be used within 8 weeks. After 34 weeks you can pay week by week.
