How to buy a Monthly Membership

  • Sign in to the booking system on the Client Login page on the Pilates Space website.

  • Click on the Memberships Tab.

  • Choose Monthly Membership – One Class a Week or Two Classes a Week.

  • Click on the Green Buy button next to your choice, then on the small text that appears and follow the instructions.

  • Please note that the Membership will start from the date of purchase, do not buy it unless you don't want to start within the next week.

  • You will receive an email confirming this purchase.


How to buy a Class Pack

  • Sign in to the booking system on the Client Login page on the Pilates Space website.

  • Click on the Memberships Tab.

  • Scroll down and find the Class Pack that you would like to choose.

  • Click on the Green Buy button (or ‘Buy Again’ if you have purchased this before) next to the Class Pack of your choice.

  • Choose how you would like to pay and click the green Purchase button. Follow the instructions to complete the purchase.

  • Your class pack will start from the date of the first class that you register for using this pack. The time limit for it to be used within will also start from this date.

  • You will receive an email confirming this purchase.


How to book a Recurring Class

  • This option is best used with a Monthly Membership, though it can work for Class Packs depending how you want to use them (continue reading the instructions to find out how).
    Please note that if you are buying your classes using a Pack, and will be using this Pack to catch up classes at different times, then a recurring time reservation will not be the best option. You will need to book your classes in on an individual basis through the schedule.

  • To book a recurring class time. Sign in to the booking system on the Client Login page on the The Pilates Space website.

  • Click on the Schedule Tab.

  • You can choose how you would like to see the schedule by clicking on List/Week or Month at the top of the schedule and move to future dates by clicking the arrows next to the dates (see image below).

  • Find the date and class that you would like to start on and click on the class e.g Tuesday at 12.15pm on 4th January

  • The page shown on the image below will appear. Choose the 'Reserve' button rather than Register for a Single Class.

  • When asked choose the Membership or Class Pack that you would like to use to pay for this reservation.

  • The system will ask you to set your Reservation duration. If you are using a Monthly Membership to book, choose ‘open-ended’ and go to the next step.
    If you are using a Class Pack to book, you will need to think carefully about how you would like this recurring reservation to behave. If you want to be able to book a week away and have the system automatically book you into your next available regular class at the end of your pack, then choose ‘open-ended’. It is worth noting that if you do not use all of your weeks away, the system will not let you book into this recurring class time with a new pack until you have either completed the last class of your old pack, or the pack reaches its expiration date. You can edit the end date of this recurring reservation at a later time.
    If you want to be able to use your Class Pack to catch up classes at different times then you will need to set the end date of your recurring reservation as the last week that you want to come to your regular class time and then book your following class times individually. As long as the recurring class reservation is running, it won’t let you book into classes at other times.

  • Click on 'Reserve' and your recurrent class booking should be complete!

  • If you have paid for a Monthly Membership with two classes per week, then repeat the same directions to book your second class. (Please note that if you are doing two recurring classes a week using Class Packs then this is not the best way to book them. Please contact us for some advice as to how to do this.)

  • You will receive an email confirming your registration.


How to book into a single class

  • This option is best used for booking a catch up class or if you are buying your classes using a class pack.

  • Sign in to the booking system on the Client Login page on the The Pilates Space website.

  • Using the schedule tab, make sure you are on ‘List’ view and find the date and the class that you would like to book into.

  • If the class is fully booked, you will have an option to join the waiting list and will be informed by email if your place becomes available.

  • If there are spaces in the class it will say ‘Free’. Click ‘Details’ on the desired session.

  • Click ‘Register for Single Class’.

  • Your registration will be confirmed on the system and an email will be sent to you for reference.


How to cancel a single class

You can cancel a class at any time up until the session starts, but to keep your class credit, you need to give 12 hours notice.

  • Sign in to the booking system on the Client Login page on the The Pilates Space website.

  • Using the schedule, find the class that you would like to cancel. If you are in week or month view you will need to click on the class.

  • Now click ‘Leave’ or ‘Unregister’ - it looks slightly different depending on whether you are looking at the schedule as a list or as a week/month view. See both images below for examples.

  • If you are in list view, you will be asked to confirm this by clicking ‘Yes, unregister’.

  • You have now cancelled yourself out of this session.

  • This will only cancel you out of a single class.
    If you have a monthly membership on a recurring booking, all of your other classes will still be booked in.
    If you are using class packs and have booked into a class on a recurring basis, the system should automatically book you into the next available class at your regular time at the end of the pack, as long as it has not expired.

  • You can ignore the page that may now appear asking if you would like to register for this class as a single session or to book into it as a recurring class.

  • Confirmation of your cancellation will be sent to you by email.


How to cancel a recurring class

  • Sign in to the booking system on the Client Login page on the The Pilates Space website.

  • Go into ‘My Account’

  • Scroll down to or click on the Reservations Tab

  • Find the reservation that you would like to cancel and click on the ‘Details’ button.

  • Confirmation of the cancellation will be sent to you via email.


How can I see what classes I am booked in for?

  • Sign in to the booking system on the Client Login page on the The Pilates Space website.

  • Go to Dashboard and scroll down to see your upcoming class registrations.

How can I see when my class pack or membership expires/how many classes I left to use?

  • Sign in to the booking system on the Client Login page on the The Pilates Space website.

  • Click on My Account and click on Memberships in the sub-heading.

  • Click on the ‘View Details’ button to see this class pack. It will tell you when it is valid from, when it expires and how many classes you have registered for or ‘uses’ as the system describes them.


FAQs

How far in advance can I cancel a class?
You can cancel your class at any time before the session has started, however to keep your class credit 24 hours notice must be given. Please make sure you do cancel your spot if you cannot make the class, as it frees up a space for clients that may want to join that class.

The class I'd like to book is full, how do I get in if someone cancels?
Full classes are signified with lines across their box. You can click 'Join Waitlist' on a full class that you'd like to attend. If a space comes up at least 24 hours before the class starts the first person on the waitlist will be added. This will automatically take any available credit, or will prompt you if you do not have any credits available. If it is within the 24 hours before the class starts you will receive an email to offer you the available space, however you will have 90 minutes to reply before the offer expires.

I have a Monthly Membership. I've cancelled a class this month, how do I rebook a class for next month?
Class credits are assigned per month and must be used within that month. Any unused credits will be gone.
