1:1’s are an excellent way of beginning or furthering your Pilates practice, focusing on a specific area of need or having dedicated time to recover from an injury or train for a particular sport. A 1:1 is entirely personalised, meaning you get precisely what you need.
We can offer 1:1’s both online or in person.
At the studio, our dedicated 1:1 room has a Pilates reformer and a WundaChair - specialised pieces of Pilates apparatus on which you can execute a wide range of spring based resistance exercises.
1:1's can be booked as a one-off, for example as a compliment to your group classes, or as a series, for more long-term work.

1:1 sessions are arranged at a time to suit you. Please contact us and we can discuss times that are available.
