What sets The Pilates Space apart from other studios?
Sara Crow, who heads up the studio, is a classically trained master teacher who has been practising and teaching the Pilates method for over 30 years. She has an immense wealth of experience in this amazing movement system and is dedicated to passing this knowledge on.
Sara is committed to staying true to the original principles of the Pilates Method whilst continuing to learn and develop from current scientific knowledge.
Sara’s wealth of experience underpins everything that we do at The Pilates Space.
Pilates is a full body conditioning technique that develops strength, stability, stretch, control and body awareness.
Our classes are very small (never more than 6 people) so that we can give you individual attention in every class.
We have Mixed Ability Group Classes, Beginners Courses, and 1:1’s in matwork and on the Pilates apparatus (the Reformer makes up just one part of a full studio of equipment).
We also offer specialist classes for Back Issues, Bone Health and Pre and Post Natal.
Many people who walk through our doors fall in love with The Pilates Method as a way to improve their health and fitness.
Our small group classes and experienced teachers can also support you if you are recovering from an injury, and to improve and cope with long term conditions.
Whatever your reason for coming, we will take the time to get to know you and your body, and to find out what you want out of your time with us.
We craft each and every class to fit the individuals we are teaching.

What we offer…..
At The Pilates Space we offer a full timetable of Small Group Classes, both in person and online, as well as 1:1 tuition.
Our dedicated 1:1 room has a Pilates Reformer, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and other pieces of specialised Pilates apparatus on which you can execute a wide range of spring based resistance exercises, improving mobility, stability and flexibility in your entire body.
All of our teachers have been professionally and thoroughly trained and have a great passion for Pilates.
