Cookies and IP addresses Collected by this Website

Personal Data Collected at the Time of Booking a Pilates Space Class

A certain amount of personal data is collected by The Pilates Space at the time of booking. This is for the purposes of meeting Insurance Company criteria as well as for your health and safety in the class. Health information is also used to tailor sessions to suit your individual needs.

All information gathered by The Pilates Space is treated as confidential and will only be accessible to Sara Crow and Pilates teachers at The Pilates Space, and will not be shared with a third party.

Our Insurance Companies request that we keep a record of our customer’s data and registrations for seven years after your last class with us.

If you wish to alter any of your data, review how it is used or wish to request its return to you, please contact Sara Crow on info@thepilatesspace.co.uk or 07579002722.

You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information to The Pilates Space, in which case The Pilates Space may not be able to provide certain services to you.

How we use your Contact Information

When booking, you will be asked to sign a disclaimer. In doing so you are agreeing to your email and phone number being used by Sara Crow and the teachers at The Pilates Space to inform you of class changes, service updates directly relating to the service you have booked.

You may, of course, decline to submit your email and phone number to The Pilates Space, which in some cases may mean that The Pilates Space is not be able to provide certain services to you.

Personal Data Collected at the Time of Buying our Clothes

We will collect your name and address so that we can process your order. Unless you have requested to join our mailing list, we will not contact you about anything other than referral to your order. Your contact details will be stored on our secure database for a year and then deleted.

The Pilates Space Mailing List

You have an option on the medical form, or when sending a message through the website to opt into our mailing list. We use this to share any new classes, workshops or other events that happen at The Pilates Space. If you do opt in and wish in the future to change this preference then please contact us on info@thepilatesspace.co.uk or on 07579002722 and we will remove you from the list.

Phone Numbers

Sara Crow or one of the teachers from The Pilates Space, may, from time to time, use your phone number to contact you about urgent class changes or to inform you if a waiting list place has become available. We will only do this if you have booked the class in question, or added yourself to the waiting list. If you do not wish us to contact you in this way, please inform us in person or by emailing info@thepilatesspace.co.uk

Emergency Contact Information

Emergency Contact information is collected solely for use in an emergency, should your teacher need to contact your next of kin or give this information to the emergency services. This is the only information that would be shared with a third party, and only in the context of an emergency.

Notifying you of Changes to this Notice

If there is a change to The Pilates Space privacy notices or how we use your data we shall contact you via email notice, written or hard copy notice, or through conspicuous posting of the notice on our social media channels. We reserve the right to determine the form and means of providing notifications to you, and you may have opted out of certain means of notification as described in this Privacy Notice.
